2003 - 20061st till 8th Grade
1995 - 2003My 7 years of experience in front of clients with spread mentalities and cultures helped me mature sharp interpersonal skills, allowing me to play a strategic pedagogical and diplomatic role for them. I took the habit of leading workshops and project committees, as so as writing requirements' specifications, abiding by the rules of strict formats.
Part of my responsibility and daily routine is often to ensure no gap is dug between the specifications and the actually developed modules, or that change requests are implemented without any negative impacts. Should the case occur, I provide developers with concrete elements to help rectifications be as efficient as possible.
Proximity and availability for the client is essential to accompany users effectively through the - sometimes unobvious - endeavor that adaptation to change can be. This is where a short-notice mobilizable worker can come in quite handy; always keen to meet the client in any corner of the world, my willingness and availability for travelling is definitely one the qualities I like to highlight.
With a primarily technical background, acquired throughout the curriculum of my university in computer science, I've had the opportunity to get familiar with and practice a wide array of languages. Conscient about the added value of advanced technical skills, even as a Business Analyst, and confident in my ability to learn quickly, I wouldn't refuse an opportunity to get involved in technical tasks as needed.
