What I Do For You

See my Services

Proactive Workshops & Specifications

My 7 years of experience in front of clients with spread mentalities and cultures helped me mature sharp interpersonal skills, allowing me to play a strategic pedagogical and diplomatic role for them. I took the habit of leading workshops and project committees, as so as writing requirements' specifications, abiding by the rules of strict formats.

Thorough Analysis & Testing

Part of my responsibility and daily routine is often to ensure no gap is dug between the specifications and the actually developed modules, or that change requests are implemented without any negative impacts. Should the case occur, I provide developers with concrete elements to help rectifications be as efficient as possible.

Mobilized User Support

Proximity and availability for the client is essential to accompany users effectively through the - sometimes unobvious - endeavor that adaptation to change can be. This is where a short-notice mobilizable worker can come in quite handy; always keen to meet the client in any corner of the world, my willingness and availability for travelling is definitely one the qualities I like to highlight.

Back-Up Technicity

With a primarily technical background, acquired throughout the curriculum of my university in computer science, I've had the opportunity to get familiar with and practice a wide array of languages. Conscient about the added value of advanced technical skills, even as a Business Analyst, and confident in my ability to learn quickly, I wouldn't refuse an opportunity to get involved in technical tasks as needed.

My Testimonials

What People Say About Me

  • "As an International IT Project Director at JCDecaux, I had the opportunity to hire and work with Joe between 2014-2015 as his manager. Throughout this experience, I can only remember Joe as being one of the most trustworthy employees I have ever worked with. Despite the very challenging and stressful environment we had to deal with, Joe has always displayed an exceptional involvement and determination and a huge eagerness to learn, to which I would add very sharp interpersonal skills."

Christophe BODIN - Project Director at JCDecaux

  • "I had Joe as a student during his Engineering Cycle when I was the Director of the Computer Science Department at ESILV. Joe is an extremely curious and tenacious mind; He is not content with quick explanations and always wants to get to the bottom of the problems. He is courageous: if a point disturbs his professional conscience, he comes to speak to you with simplicity, for the sole purpose of finding a solution and improving things. He likes to bring new ideas, gaining height, and defends them frankly."

Jean ROHMER - Director of Computer Science Dept. at ESILV

  • "During my career at JCDecaux, I had the opportunity to work with Joe. In my team, he was committed to support several business units accross Europe and worldwide on our IT sales solution. Thanks to his professional skills, he was not only able to tackle issues and manage basic support to end users but especially had this ability to understand impacts, propose relevant solutions and work alongside clients to achieve goals. Joe is a person we can rely on regardless of how complex the subject he is dealing with. I highly recommand Joe not only for his skills but also for his capability to make things much more easier for a manager."

In the scope of deploying the new ERP system developed in Paris' headquarters at JCDecaux Norway, Joe had the duty to comprehend, analyze, manage and prioritize our demands. Among the strengths I could share, Joe has exceptional technical skills that allowed him to be the bridge between users and developers, and was very good at leading our project steering committees."

Boris LEMAIRE - Project Manager at JCDecaux Norway

  • "I managed Joe for 5 months on a few IT transformation projects that were essential for the modernization of the small company we were working in. Joe always displayed a huge eagerness to learn, and his solid technical knowledge allowed him to quickly master in autonomy the toolkit used for the realization of this website. That allowed him to succeed in delivering the website and documentation on time, despite the challenging schedule. He’s a reliable contributor, and I think any team would be lucky to have him."
